On a very tight window of time to get a house I contacted an old friend in Ohio that is a realtor. Our friend connected us with Tim through her Ohio business in Keller Williams. Tim got to work straight away even though he was leaving on vacation. Tim got us looking from another state and zeroed in on what we wanted to see. With this sellers market, Tim kept hitting the pavement running and finding us properties to view. Within a few days we were under contract on a beautiful house that needed some elbow grease off of Lake Lanier. Fast forward to 12/21 and we wanted to find a permanent residence in Ga. Tim was quick to show us around and we found a beauty hiding up in the hills. From reviewing listings to closing, everything went like clockwork. Tim has been the best realtor we have had in all of the states we have lived in. He’s like family now!
